Sunday School
We offer Sunday School each week from September to June using the Bible Stories from “The Seasons of the Spirit” lectionary based curriculum. We have wonderful volunteer teachers who lead the children age 2 and up through a Bible story, activities, music and crafts that are professionally designed and age appropriate. Our hope is that our children will learn the basics to our faith and will have fun doing it! Registration takes place in September, but new children are welcome throughout the year.
God Squad
is an enthusiastic and talented group of adolescent musicians within our church family. They have graduated from Sunday School and have chosen music as their way of expressing themselves and serving the congregation on Sunday mornings. They have committed themselves to our church, its values and practices and wish to share their gift of music with the entire congregation.
Our goal is to encourage young adults to play and sing while being mindful and respectful of others. This allows them to grow as confident young people in a safe and loving environment.
God Squad gathers each Sunday morning in our church parlour to practice. They play a variety of instruments, using a selection of music from Voices United, More Voices, old hymn books and a collection of appropriate music of their choosing. We look forward to sharing our music with the congregation throughout the year and in special services.
